For a limited time, if you want a tube chalk full of Withremote prints for $25, you’ve come to the right place. Even if you don’t, you should get a tube anyway and share it with your friends! I’ll put in a random selection of gigposters and art prints in your tube.

I did another design this afternoon for the Moondance Jam T-shirt design contest . I was inspired by Print Mafia’s Niko Case poster. This is one that I might turn into an art print if it doesn’t get picked for the contest. Check it out here.
There’s a contest going on through Moondance Jam to create t-shirt design for their music festival this summer. You can go here and submit your own t- design. They are in the submission phase right now (for another three weeks or so) so you can get in a submit a design for the contest. It’s $400 if you win.
Here’s my first one I designed for it.
I just posed a slight variation to the 8.0 layout of this site. It was getting to the point where the CSS file controlling the layout was getting out of hand. I switched the site over to a 960 grid and used csscaffold for the CSS on this iteration of withremote. I have been using csscaffold on a lot of sites I work on at my day job and I’ve become quite fond of it (nested sectors are all worth it).
All right, back to work.

Withremote will be at The Talent Show June 5th & 6th at Rau+Barber 4244 Nicollet Avenue S., Minneapolis, MN 55409. Unfortunate circumstance are preventing me from attending this event this weekend. I found out from our mechanic last night that the lower drive shaft on our truck is about to go and would be unsafe to drive from Bemidji to Minneapolis due to the fact that the engine might cease up. Our choices with the Blazer is to find a used motor or baby it and hope it can survive for a while. If you would like to contribute to the “Buy Withremote a used motor fund” you can do it here and here and here.
If your in Minneapolis this weekend you should check out The Talent Show
I’m getting back into the groove from a marathon weekend before, during, and after Craftstravaganza 2010. Starting off with the blown out tire on I94, the weekend was nowhere boring.
For those of you who came to the show on Saturday, you might have seen me drawing a big withremote sign behind my booth most of the day. I wanted to do something that would stand out from the white walls of the Fine Arts building where Craftstravaganza was held.
The backing progressed
Started off in the morning at 8am not knowing where this would progress.
By about 3:30pm I was pretty burned out and had to call it.
@micahvono ended up with the piece after the show. I didn’t really know what to do with it after the show and it was kind of an experiment. Sounds like that might go up in his workshop.
The show was fun, but I’m glad to be back home in Bemidji.
